As we try to find a balance of serious and fun here in TEDxplain, this will be your go-to podcast to get inspired and motivated as a Gen-Z student. Keep up with us as we invite exciting guests throughout our episodes!

With the start of the new year and new season, let’s catch up with Mona and Mamoru on the activities and events that TEDxWasedaU has held since the start of the new academic year!

Our freshman hosts - Mona and Mamoru, look back on their first year at Waseda University. They share their own experiences with adapting to a new environment / balancing school and social life and respond to comments we received prior from our audience. Listen to the full episode to hear about their experiences and some tips for navigating your first year at university!

With getting used to a new lifestyle comes the college cough. That’s right, we all get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget to take care of our physical health. Our hosts share tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and some wasemeshi recommendations!

The last podcast our hosts discussed the importance of physical health, this time we're focusing on our mental health! A new school semester can be stressful for anyone, but with treating yourself with the right care and perhaps joining a community like a circle can make life a bit easier!

New environment, new people!

In this bilingual episode, we discuss study spots and cafes close to the university and some great opportunities to meet students worldwide. Also with Golden Week coming up, we talk about our plans and share some fun things to do around Tokyo!
